The ride will start at 5:00 pm. I encourage you to print your own cue sheets below..
This is a social ride at a comfortable pace for beginning and casual riders. We do require that riders be able to average 11-13 mph. This is to ensure the rides don't go too late and everyone enjoys the ride.
The routes vary each week and generally offer a combination of road and paved
bike trail riding. No rider is left behind and we regroup frequently. Helmets are
required on all ABC rides. Please no use of ear buds, or cell phones while riding.
Recommend use of rear view mirrors. By law (and for your safety) a headlight,
rear reflector and tail light is required 30 minutes prior to sunset, and
recommended at all times for additional safety. Please obey all traffic laws.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. Rides are for members and first time
