Each year, bicycle riders in the U.S. have been killed or injured while riding on public roadways. The Akron Bicycle Club invites all bicyclists to participate in a slow- paced bike ride in coordination with the World Wide National Ride of Silence to honor these victims and raise awareness of cycling safety.
Kickoff the social riding season with this 31 mile tour through the Cleveland metro area. Route is mostly paved trails with some city roads. Regular start time: 9am; Unusual start location (see below).

Longer Faster typically has two groups 14-16 mph average for route and 16-19 mph in faster group. I will work with anyone with a 13 mph average on the early season rides.
